Debrief:  

The walk is a 6km flat trail. The path is exposed to the sun as there are not many trees around the path so it would be better to walk in early morning or later afternoon. You may see a wide variety of wildlife on this walk. This included snakes, quails, owls, egrets and many other bird species. There is a short path that runs off the main trail that takes you to pelican island which has beautiful water lilies surrounding it. Dogs are permitted on this walk however they need to stay on a leash at all times because of the neighbouring lamb farm.
